PULP FICTION Timed Edition Sale FAQs

This Black Friday, we’ll be releasing a Pulp Fiction by Laurent Durieux as a timed edition. For those of you who haven’t participated in this kind of sale before, we’ve put together some Frequently Asked Questions from past timed edition releases. The posters will be available from MIDNIGHT (CST) on Nov. 28th to 11:59pm on Monday, Dec. 1st. 

Q: How does a Timed Edition sale work?

A: In a timed edition sale, a poster is put on sale for a pre-determined amount of time – in this case from MIDNIGHT CST on Friday, Nov. 28th until 11:59pm CST on Monday, Dec. 1st. However many sell in that time period dictates the edition size. If we only sell 50 copies, the edition will be hand numbered out of 50. If we sell 5,000, the edition will be hand numbered out of 5,000, and so on. We’ll make an announcement about the edition size once the sale closes! 

Q: When will these posters ship?

A: Pulp Fiction is set to ship in the First Quarter of 2015. After the holidays, and once we know how many posters will need to be printed and shipped, we should have a more concrete shipping estimate.

Q: Why am I only able to purchase one print per order? I want to buy multiple. Wouldn’t it be easier for us both if you combined my orders?

A: Though there’s no limit to the number of posters you can purchase for a timed edition release, you can only purchase one print per order and we cannot combine the print with any other existing order. We do this in order to ship prints as quickly as possible. When special requests and accommodations are multiplied by thousands, it can slow our shipping queue down significantly.

Q: Do you ship internationally? How much is postage for an international shipment?

A: We do ship internationally! Postage is location-based and varies based on where you live.

Q: I live in Austin, TX. Will you offer Gallery Pick-Ups for the Timed Edition?

A: Yes! Please contact us after you purchase a print to request gallery pick-up. If you don’t receive a response from us right away, don’t worry! We get a lot of emails before the holidays, but we're working hard to get to everybody.

Q: In the weeks it took for you to ship my poster I have moved / gone on holiday / etc. Can I change my shipping address?

A: Of course! Please send your updated address to us using the contact section of our website and we will gladly adjust. But only if it still shipping to you (the purchaser), meaning we will not update the address to ship the poster to a third party.

Q: I’ve made a HUGE mistake. Can I cancel my order?

A: Unfortunately, no. All poster sales are final.
