Q: What’s the best way to find out about your releases?

A: We usually announce new releases at least a day before the sale through our newsletter. On the day of the sale, we make an announcement via Twitter (@MondoNews) and Facebook as soon as the items are released on our website!

Q: I missed a poster release! Will you be printing/making more?

A: All posters have a one-time, limited-edition release and won't be reprinted.

Q: Can I purchase two of the same poster?

A: Nope! We have a no-duplicates policy on all posters unless otherwise stated. This means one-per-person, household, credit card, etc. No funny business.

Q: What does the "Mixed Merchandise" shipping option mean?

A: This shipping option will allow to check out with two different items that require different types of packaging, such as a vinyl and a print!

Q: I am trying to place an order and keep receiving this error: "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or destination." What gives?

A: This error typically occurs if you're attempting to purchase more than one item that require different types of packaging/mailers, i.e. a print and a vinyl. Choose the mixed merchandise option, and you'll be good to go!

Q: Can I combine multiple outstanding orders together to save some money on shipping?

A: If the products in your orders require the same type of packaging/mailer & have similar shipping timelines, we can combine shipments for you! Please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can assist you before the individual orders are fulfilled. Please note: we are unable to hold an order for future combination. 

Q: For Pre-Orders, am I charged at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

A: Payments are processed at the time of purchase for all Pre-Orders.

Q: Can I get a refund on a gift card?

A: We're sorry, but gift cards are nonrefundable.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:  All sales are final.

Q: Who is your mail service provider and what type of shipping methods do you use?

A: We ship most orders via USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail, and USPS First Class International.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: We like to ship out all orders as fast as possible, however some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks if we don't have the item in hand at the time of release. Please also note that large releases may take a bit longer fulfill. If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us immediately, and we'll get you sorted out.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped!

Q: I live in Austin. Can I pick up my order at the Gallery?

A: Absolutely. Please contact us after you make a purchase if you’d like us to hold the item at our gallery in Austin for pickup. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.

Orders are available for pickup while the gallery is open for exhibitions (check here to see if we're open), and the 3rd Saturday of every month. We'll refund your shipping fees upon pickup. Please note that if an item isn't picked up within 45 days of receiving our pickup notification, we will automatically ship it to the address on the order.

Q: I received my poster/vinyl/collectible, and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?

A: Most of the time, yes. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will get you sorted out. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email. Please understand that if you are inquiring about your damaged item after 90 days of receiving, we may be limited as to what we can do for you.

Q: I moved! Can I update the shipping address on my order? 

A: Yes! Contact us with your new address before your order is shipped and we’ll get it updated for you. Changing the address on your account does not affect an order that has been previously placed, so be sure to reach out and let us know! We are unable to accommodate with third-party shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do! Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price.
